Intellect Penalty

Your hero has -1I. If you would create an Intellect Penalty with X counters on it, instead add X turn counters onto this. If you would draw up to your hero's intellect as an end-of-turn procedure, instead draw that many cards, remove a turn counter from this, and remove it from the game if it has no turn counters on it.
